Richard “Rick” Edward Powell

Richard “Rick” Edward Powell, of Woodland Township, formally longtime resident of Marlton, NJ, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, January 26th at the age of 82.
Survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Barbara Powell (Olson). He is also survived by his mother-in-law
Edith Lombardi.
He was the loving father of John Latko III (Kathie D’Amóre), Kimberly (Rick) Silpath, Richard (Michelle) Powell Jr., Tara (Kenneth) Krug, Andrea Latko, and Linda (Michael) Dickerson; Devoted Grandfather of Richard Silpath, Jr. (Deceased), Ashelee Silpath, Alexis Latko, Jordan Krug, Gabrielle Krug, Johnny (Casey) Dickerson, Corey Dickerson, Abby McCarthy, Bryan McCarthy, Abby (Moshe) Stern, and Hannah (Binyamin) Goldstein; Great Grandfather of Avienda Silpath, Owen and Henry Dickerson, Jethro Stern, Azariah and baby brother Goldstein.
Rick was a volunteer firefighter for Bloomfield Park Fire Company. He worked for NY Ship Yard, and retired from the Philadelphia Ship Yard. After retirement he dedicated his life to his family and farm. The last few years he enjoyed time with Tux and Tali the cats.
