Julia Tirrell (nee Cotton), of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, passed away on August 19th, 2023. She was 82 years old. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 19

,1941, to the late Obie Cotton, and the late Catherine Cotton (nee Harris). Beloved wife of the late Albert Keith Tirrell, and the late Carl H. Chatman. Dearly loved mother to Rodney Chatman, Alan Chatman, Anthony Chatman and his partner Ellyn DiOrio, Sherrie Foschini, and her husband Albert Foschini. Loving grandmother to Jessica Rae Haines, Dockery Julia Chatman, Dante Chatman, and Lilian Chatman.
Lovey as she was affectionately known as, raised her family as a 60-year Mount Laurel resident. She was a devoted member of the Moorestown Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. She enjoyed trips to Cape May and collecting beautiful antiques, and treasures. She left a soft spot in the hearts of many with her infectious smile, and beautiful spirit. She will be missed dearly, and never forgotten.
Services will be private, held by the family.
