Margaret Fojas Halcomb, a resident of Beverly, NJ, peacefully departed this world on December 6, 2023, at the age of 77.
Born on August 26, 1946, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Margaret was the beloved daughter of Cornelio Fojas and Eleanor Makepa. Her life’s journey led her to a fulfilling career as an Accountant for the US Government in Fort Dix, NJ.
She leaves behind:
Her 4 children, Puanani Marie Lindon, Kuulei Richardson, Ruben Parker III, and Jessie William Halcomb Sr. Her 18 grandchildren, Terrek Keali’i Parker, Jamar Corey Richardson, Brianne Kaitlin Bailey, Alexis Octavia Parker, Cyrus Leke Halcomb, Caden Makoa Halcomb, Lokelani Sierra Eliste Lindon, Kaimana Fiarre Monne Lindon, Ikaika Monroe Quintrell Lindon, Ke Ali’i Kawika Brynn Lancaster Lindon, Makalika Kimber Loring Lindon Garner, Kuulei Aramis Brienne Lindon Cox, Keone Crimson Tyrone Lindon, Kaleoaloha Victoria Alexxa Lindon, Kapono Bronson Chase Lindon, Makani Fojas Makepa Lindon, Akela Farron Brooke Lindon, and Nakui Ana-Malia Lindon.
Additionally, Margaret has 23 great grandchildren.
Her siblings, Joseph Kalani Ku Fojas, Cornelio Fojas, Jr., Patricia Cook (John Jr), Eleanor Pualeilani McKenzie, (Jacob Sr.), Andres Makepa Fojas Sr. (Rosemary), Donna Lee Fojas, and Allen Ricardo Fojas (Joni).
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelio and Eleanor, her husband, Jesse, her siblings, Joe, Eleanor, and Donna, her child, Chris Loring and grandson Makani.
As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that she leaves behind. Margaret’s impact on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
