Patricia Pivariunas

Patricia Agnes Pivariunas, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother joined Jesus in Heaven on November 4,2024, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was 69 years old.

Pat was born on March 30, 1955 in Philadelphia to the late Marion and James Hicks. She shared many memories with her loving 4 sisters and 6 brothers. She was a devoted wife of 30 years to John, whom they created a wonderful family. Pat was the best mother to Christopher (Roseann), Jason (Heather), Shannon, and John (Dana). She was adored by all 12 of her grandchildren, Alexandria, Gianna, Joseph, Emily, Faith, Scott, Brooke, Tyler, Declan, Seamus, Noah, and Lucy.

There was nothing more that Pat loved than being surrounded by her family. She had great joy of sitting on the beach and enjoying all it had to offer. You could often enjoy her singing and dancing to her favorite music alongside her best friend, Penny Hicks.

Family and friends, please join us for Patricia’s funeral on Friday, November 22, 2024 at St. Anne’s Church located at 2328 E Leigh Ave, Philadelphia PA 19125. The viewing be 9:30AM-11:00AM with the funeral mass to start promptly at 11 AM. Following the mass, all are welcome to join the family at the luncheon from 1PM-4PM at the Village of Cottage Green located at 9001 Ashton Rd, Philadelphia PA 19136.

Pat will forever be remembered as a brave, courageous, strong, kind and loving soul. She is now at rest with her dear Apollo whom also crossed the rainbow bridge. Pat’s spirit will continue to guide us forever.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
