It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Ezzo. She was born on January 3rd, 1945, in Newark, NJ, to the late Fred Ezzo and Anna Segretto.
Theresa was a beloved and cherished individual who brought a lot of joy and happiness to the people around her. She had a strong bond with her lifelong friends and was a part of a group called the Pi Gammas in high school.
Her long and dedicated career at Harleysville Insurance Company, which later became Nationwide, highlights her commitment and loyalty.
Theresa interests included shopping, going to the beach, and out to dinners. She had a zest for life and loved being around people. However, it’s clear that her deepest love was reserved for her grandchildren. The way she lit up a room and made everyone laugh with her infectious laughter speaks to her positive and uplifting personality. It’s evident that she left a lasting impact on everyone she met, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Theresa was the beloved mother of Kristen Sullivan (James) and Kurt Hendrickson (Jennifer). She was also a cherished grandmother to Brittany, Jill Winkelspecht (Ryan), Sarah, Kristina, Christopher, and a great-grandmother to Vaeda. Sister to Judy and a best friend to Yvonne Grady.
She will be remembered and missed by nephews Robert, Gregg Mauriello, and a host of other relatives and friends as well.
Arrangements for a memorial service to celebrate her life will be announced at a later date.
